Expro International Group PLC31 May 2007 31 May 2007 EXPRO INTERNATIONAL GROUP PLC Directorate changes Expro International Group PLC ("Expro") today announces the appointment of BobBennett as a non-executive director with effect from 30 May 2007. Mr Bennett, 60, joins the Expro Board having served as Group Finance Director ofNorthern Rock PLC, a position he held from 1993 until his retirement on 31stJanuary 2007. Prior to that, he held a variety of general management positions,including General Manager of Finance and Estates of the Leeds Permanent BuildingSociety and Chief Accountant of the National Coal Board. Mr Bennett is currently a non-executive director and Audit Committee Chairman ofGreggs PLC, a non-executive director of Redrow PLC and a trustee of the NorthernRock pension scheme. Mr Bennett is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England &Wales (ICEAW), a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants(CIMA) and the Chartered Institute of Public Finance Accountants (CIPFA). Tim Eggar will be standing down as a non-executive director at the AGM on 5July, 2007. Mr Eggar has decided not to seek re-election as a non executivedirector as he wishes to expand his other business interests.
