For the United States, Expro received early termination of theHart-Scott-Rodino Act waiting period on 21 July 2006. For Norway, the NorwegianCompetition Authority allowed the initial review period to expire on 13 July2006, thereby effectively clearing the Acquisition. Completion of the Acquisition is expected to occur on 31 July 2006.
