AIM Rule 17 Schedule 2(g) Update

ENGAGE (AIM:EXR) a leading virtual reality ('VR') technology company, announces the following information relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Praveen Gupta, a Non-Executive director of the Company, was a board representative at Garuda Networks Inc. ("Garuda"), a portfolio company of a venture fund of which Praveen Gupta was a director. In August 2003 Garuda filed for bankruptcy and Chapter 7 proceedings were brought against Garuda, which was eventually dissolved in August 2003.
