Transaction in Own Shares

10 June 2021 - Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby notifies the market, in conformity with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, of the following.

Further to the announcement by the Company on 19 May 2021 of a share repurchase programme, the Company announces that it has purchased its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("Shares") on the London Stock Exchange through Merrill Lynch International as follows:

Date and time of purchase: 10 June 2021 - 16.30

Number of Shares purchased (aggregate volume): 713

Lowest price per share: 2675.0000p

Highest price per share: 2675.0000p

Weighted average price: 2675.0000p

The Shares purchased will initially be held as treasury shares. Following this purchase, the Company holds 45,831,812 Shares in treasury. Since announcing the share repurchase programme, the Company has purchased 100,713 Shares. The total number of Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 923,793,183.

All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.experianplc.com) on a weekly basis.
