Notification of transaction of PDMRs

On 18 December 2014, an existing option (the "Option") to acquire ordinary shares in the capital of Exova Group plc (the "Company") at nil cost was exercised by Hans Aberg, a PDMR, under the Exova Group plc Additional Share Scheme, as set out in column 3 in the table below. As set out in the Company's RNS announcement dated 3 June 2014, the shares to satisfy the Option are being transferred from the Company's EBT. Following exercise, Hans Aberg holds the total number of shares as set out in column 4 below:

The shares received by Hans Aberg from exercise of the Option are subject to the same lock-up arrangements as the other shares held by him and may not be sold before 16 April 2015.
