iPoint announces that it has received, since 5 March 2007, further valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of 84,428 shares in the capital of ANV representing, approximately 0.10 per cent. of ANV's total issued share capital. Accordingly iPoint has issued, conditional on admission, 10,973 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares").
iPoint has now received valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of a total of84,472,671 shares in the capital of ANV representing, approximately 97.76 percent. of ANV's total issued share capital.The Company has also issued an aggregate of 1,376,838 Ordinary Shares. 514,026of such Ordinary Shares have been issued in respect of services received byiPoint from certain advisers. The remaining 862,812 Ordinary Shares have beenissued in respect of the exercise of options by certain investors who agreed tosubscribe for Ordinary Shares in November 2006. Of these investors, 431,406Ordinary Shares have been issued to Bikush Capital Raising (1993) Ltd.("Bikush").
