Change of Name to Everfor Resources plc
At the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting on 30 June 2008, a special resolution was passed to change the name of the Company to Everfor Resources plc. Certain filing requirements have now been completed and dealings under the Company's new name will take effect from 8 a.m. on 03 July 2008. The Company's current ticker (EVE) will remain unchanged.
Due to a rounding error on consolidation, the correct total number of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company in issue is 4,942,714 and not as previously stated in the announcement of 30th July 2007.
The above figure of 4,942,714 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
