Issue of Shares
Ferrum Crescent Limited announces that the Company has today issued 44,613,156 fully paid ordinary shares as the first tranche of a private placement totalling 48,000,000 ordinary shares at a price of GBP 0.0182 (AU$0.0315) per share to raise up to GBP 873,000 (AU$1.5 million) before the costs of the issue.
Accordingly, application has been made for 44,613,156 shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Admission is expected to become effective at 8:00am on 9 October 2013.
Following admission the Company will have 372,814,541 fully paid ordinary shares on issue.
