EuroTrust A/S ("EuroTrust" or the "Company")
SITUATION UPDATE
On 24 November 2008, the Company announced that EuroTrust A/S had filed for Suspension of Payments in order to seek the Danish court's protection while management together with the administrator appointed by the court, continued their efforts to dispose of certain of the Company's assets.
Further to that announcement, the Company has been informed that one of EuroTrust's creditors has petitioned the Danish court for formal bankruptcy proceedings to commence with respect to EuroTrust A/S. The court hearing is scheduled to commence on Monday 2 March 2009.
Should the creditor's request for bankruptcy be approved by the court, an appointed administrator would assume complete control of the Company.
A further announcement to shareholders will be made once the court hearing has been concluded.
