Further to the announcement this morning regarding the proposed acquisition by the Company of Academy Films Holdings Inc. and £110 million placing by the Company (the "Transaction") the Board of Entertainment One today announces that the prospectus (the "Prospectus") regarding the Transaction has been approved by the UK Listing Authority.
Copies of the Prospectus are available for viewing on the Company's website at www.entertainmentone.com and have also been submitted been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
