Substantial Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Marwyn Neptune Fund ("Marwyn") acquired 2,450,000 of the Company's ordinary shares ('Ordinary Shares') on 30 June 2009. Following the purchase Marwyn beneficially own 60,216,889 ordinary shares, representing 46.3% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
