Publication of Prospectus in Order to Increase GDR Block Listing
ETALON GROUP PLC ("Etalon Group" or the "Company"), one of Russia's largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces that a prospectus (the "Prospectus") dated 27 July 2021 detailing the issuance of a further 88,487,395 global depositary receipts (the "GDRs") representing interests in ordinary shares of the Company has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing.
No GDRs have been offered or marketed to the public in the UK or elsewhere in connection with the publication of this Prospectus, which has been published solely to increase the size of the Company's GDR block listing.
A copy of the Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Company's revenue in 2020 amounted to RUB 78.7 billion, with EBITDA of RUB 12.6 billion.
Etalon Group's GDRs have traded on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange since 20 April 2011 and on the Level 1 quotation list of Moscow Exchange since 31 January 2020 under the ticker ETLN.
