essensys plc (AIM:ESYS), the leading global provider of mission critical software-as-a-service (SaaS) and technology platforms to the flexible workspace and commercial real estate industries, has been notified that on 29 April 2022, Elizabeth Sandler, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") via her self-invested personal pension ("SIPP") at a weighted average price of 98.9 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Elizabeth Sandler's total beneficial interest in the Group is 19,933 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Group's total issued share capital.
