The Annual General Meeting of esure Group plc will be held at 3.00pm on Tuesday 13 May 2014 at the Hilton London Gatwick Airport Hotel, South Terminal, Gatwick Airport, West Sussex RH6 0LL.

· Notice of Annual General Meeting
· Form of Proxy
