Net Asset Value and Block Listing

The Directors of EPE Special Opportunities plc ("ESO plc", or the "Company") wish to announce that the fully diluted Net Asset Value of the Company at 31 October 2016 was 320.78 pence per ordinary share.

In addition, the Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of a total of 1,105,950 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") to AIM by way of a Block Listing.

The Shares will, upon issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares. Admission of these Shares is expected to become effective on or around Monday 7 November 2016.
