Directorate and Board Committee Changes
As previously advised on 4 April, and following the conclusion of the Company's AGM, held today on 19 May 2022, the Board confirm that Jack Clarke is now Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Essentra plc.
Lily Liu has now stepped down as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer. Nicki Demby has also stepped down as a Non-Executive Director, both advised previously.
As a result of the above changes, the Board committee composition has also changed.
Ralf Wunderlich is the Chair of the Remuneration Committee, Mary Reilly and Dupsy Abiola are members.
Mary Reilly remains Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, with Adrian Peace as a new member and Ralf Wunderlich as an existing member.
Ralf Wunderlich remains Chair of the Sustainability Committee, with existing members, Paul Forman, Adrian Peace, Jon Green, Mary Reilly and Dupsy Abiola. Paul Lester continues to attend all meetings as an invitee.
Paul Lester continues to serve as the Nomination Committee Chair, with Ralf Wunderlich, Mary Reilly, Dupsy Abiola, Adrian Peace and Paul Forman as members.
