STEVE GOOD, CHAIR DESIGNATE - commencement of appointment

Essentra plc, a leading global provider of essential components and solutions, is delighted to confirm that further to the announcement on 23 May 2024, Steve Good has commenced his appointment as independent Non-Executive Chair Designate with effect from today, 1 July 2024.

Steve will now undergo an extensive induction, visiting Essentra's global facilities and meeting the teams as part of a four-month handover period during which Paul Lester will remain as Chair, standing down on 1 November 2024.
