Appointment to the Board
Eddie Stobart Logistics plc (AIM: ESL), a leading UK end-to-end supply chain, transport and logistics group, announces that further to the announcement on 23 August 2019, Sébastien Desreumaux, Chief Executive of the Group, has today been appointed to the Board of Directors.
The disclosures required by Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of Mr Desreumaux's appointment are set out below.
