Grant of Options

A block listing application for 40,000 Escher Group Holdings plc shares has been made to the AIM market, to be issued under the Escher Group Holdings plc Share Option Scheme and it is expected that admission will take place on 30 September 2013. When issued, these Escher Group Holdings plc shares will rank pari passu with all existing Escher Group Holdings plc shares.
