Total Voting Rights
Guildford, UK - 1 September 2020: In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Ergomed plc (the "Company") announces the following information.
The Company's issued share capital as at 31 August 2020 consisted of 48,412,275 ordinary shares of 1p each, none of which were held in treasury. Each ordinary share in the capital of the Company carries one voting right.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the DTRs.
