Ergomed, a profitable UK-based group dedicated to the provision of specialised services to the pharmaceutical industry and the development of new drugs, announces that on 16 April 2018, Dr Miroslav Reljanovic, founder and Executive Vice-Chairman of the Company, sold 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 190p per Share to meet institutional demand.
Following this transaction, Dr Miroslav Reljanovic's holding has reduced to 11,132,237 shares (representing 24.9 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital).
