EQTEC plc (AIM: EQT), a world-leading technology innovation company enabling the Net Zero Future through advanced solutions for hydrogen, biofuels, SNG and other energy production, announces that Jeffrey Vander Linden, Chief Operating Officer, has purchased 2,083,182 ordinary shares of €0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for an average price of 0.95 pence per Ordinary Share.
Accordingly, Jeffrey Vander Linden's total holding in the Company is 17,560,914 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.21% per cent of the Company's issued share capital. In addition, Jeffrey Vander Linden is interested in, in aggregate, 41,931,818 options to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company.
