Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN), the leading manufacturer of energy efficient and low maintenance building products, with significant market shares, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing sectors announces that today, 25 April 2023, the following awards over ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") were granted under the Epwin Long Term Incentive Plan to the following directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities:

The awards have an exercise price of 0.05 pence per Share and will normally become exercisable on 25 April 2026.
