Earthport plc (the "Company" or the "Group")
Grant of options
The Board of Earthport plc, the global payments utility, announces the grant of the following options over new ordinary shares of 10p each in Earthport to its Non-Executive Directors as follows:
Phil Hickman 300,000
Vinode Ramgopal 200,000
Terry Williams 200,000
The options have an exercise price of 25p each and 50% of the options will vest on 31 December 2011 and the remaining 50% will vest on 31 December 2012.
These are the first and only options that have been issued to each of these Non-executive directors.
Terry Williams also holds 681,818 warrants that were issued on 17 February 2010 as part of the February 2010 fund raising in which Terry Williams participated. These warrants have an exercise price of 11p each and expire on 31 December 2011. Phil Hickman and Vinode Ramgopal do not hold any warrants.
