Earthport PLC01 February 2007 Earthport plc ("Earthport" or the "Company") Appointment of David Fife as an Executive Director And Investment in the Company 1 February 2007 The Board of Earthport is pleased to announce, that following his appointment asChief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from 1 November 2006,David Fife has become an Executive Director of Earthport plc with effect from 1February 2007.
