Warrant Exercise and Issue of Equity
Earthport has applied to the London Stock Exchange for 2,482,598 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each to be admitted to trading on AIM. These shares have been issued in relation to the exercise of warrants (1,875,000) and (607,598) previously announced Joint Share Ownership Plan ("JSOP").
Following the above admissions, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 342,792,433 ordinary shares with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 342,792,433.
The figure of 342,792,433 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
