This transfer is part of an internal reorganisation of the principal's holdings and the shares have been transferred to a company that is wholly owned by Mr Ibragimov. The funds owned by this company are managed on a discretionary basis by a fund management vehicle which is owned and operated by, among others, certain members of Mr Ibragimov's family. Mr Ibragimov remains the benefical owner of the shares. His total beneficial holding in the company remains at 187,836,250.
