Statement Regarding Recent Press Speculation

London - Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC ('ENRC' or, together with its subsidiaries, the 'Group') notes the recent press speculation regarding a possible demerger of its international assets.

ENRC is determined to deliver value to its shareholders and, as outlined in its preliminary results, the Group continues to review all methods to achieve this, including acquisitions, joint ventures and spin-offs. At present no decision has been made and the company continues to evaluate various options.

ENRC is a leading diversified natural resources group, performing integrated mining, processing, energy, logistics and marketing operations.
