NOTIFICATION ON APPOINTMENT IN RESPECT OF LR 9.6.13R
ENRC announces that, further to the appointment of Terence Wilkinson as a non-executive Director on 28 September 2011, he has confirmed that he has the following information to disclose in respect of Listing Rule 9.6.13R:
He is currently the non-executive chairman of Century Aluminum Co, a publicly quoted company listed in the United States.
He was a director of Ridge Mining PLC until 1 August 2009.
He was a non-executive director of Lamensdorf Group PLC until 11 June 2003. The company went into receivership later that year and was dissolved on 30 July 2007.
Mr Wilkinson has confirmed that there is no further information to be disclosed in respect of LR 9.6.13R.
