Changes to Board Committees

London - Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC ('ENRC' or, together with its subsidiaries, the 'Group'), today announces changes to the composition of its Board committees with immediate effect. This review of Board committees follows the retirement of Directors at the Group's Annual General Meeting. This announcement is in line with Listing Rule 9.6.11R (3).

As a result of the review, Gerhard Ammann will now join and chair the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee and Roderick Thomson will chair the Remuneration Committee. Gerhard Ammann has also joined the Remuneration Committee.
