Pursuant to the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that the following Director purchased some of the Company's Β£155,000,000 5.50 per cent. Notes due 15 February 2022 (ISIN: XS0880578728, Common Code: 088057872) (together, the "Retail Notes").

Dr Philip Nolan notified the Company on 23 December 2014 that he had purchased 100,000 of the Retail Notes at 71 pence per Retail Note, totaling 0.065% of the total Retail Notes. Β

Prior to this transaction, Dr Philip Nolan held 150,000 Ordinary Shares of Β£0.05 each in the Company ("Shares") and no Retail Notes. The total holding of Dr Philip Nolan following the transaction is 100,000 Retail Notes and 150,000 Shares.
