Directorate Changes

EnQuest PLC is pleased to announce that it will appoint Howard Paver, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, as Senior Independent Director with effect from 31 March 2020, replacing Helmut Langanger. Helmut, who has served on the Board of Directors since the formation of EnQuest in 2010 will retire from the Board on 31 March 2020.

The Board would like to thank Helmut for his contribution to the Company over the years, especially as Senior Independent Director and as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee from 2010 to January 2019.

EnQuest Chairman, Martin Houston, said:
