London, 5 April 2022Β - Energean plc (LSE: ENOG, TASE:Β ΧΧ ΧΧ) today announces that in conformityΒ with DTR 5.6.1, the following:
(a)Β the Company's issued share capital consists ofΒ 178,040,505Β ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights;
(b)Β the Company does not hold any shares inΒ Treasury; and
(c)Β accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company isΒ 178,040,505Β and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of theΒ FCA.
