DIRECTOR / PDMR / PCA Shareholding
London, 10 July 2025 - Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and Persons Closely Associated with them ("PCA").
The Company notes that Adobelero Holdings Co. Limited, a company owned by Panos Benos, has notified the Company that it has sold 1,600,000 ordinary shares in Energean (the "Sale"), representing approximately 0.87 per cent of the Company's existing issued share capital. The Sale was effected through a private sale to institutional investors.
Mr Benos remains fully committed to the business and is confident in the outlook for Energean. Following completion of the Sale, Mr Benos will remain a significant shareholder in Energean owning (directly or indirectly) approximately 2.35 million ordinary shares of the Company, representing approximately 1.28 % of the Company's issued share capital.
