ENERGISER INVESTMENTS PLC
('Energiser' or the 'Company')
The Company is pleased to confirm it has now completed the building works at its Wellingborough, Northants development comprising 29 three bedroom houses, made up of a mix of semi-detached and terraced units, of which nine have been sold.
The Company took the decision to let the properties whilst also being marketed for open market sale and is pleased to report that all the units are now let on short hold tenancies producing a gross annual income of £147,000 per annum.
The Company also owns a three bedroom house in Gateshead which is let on a short hold tenancy producing £6,600 gross per annum.
The gross rental income for Energiser is therefore currently running at £153,600 per annum.
The Company is now looking at the possibility of increasing its property portfolio by selective acquisitions.
