Energiser announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016, together with a notice of its annual general meeting ("AGM") to all shareholders.
The Company's AGM will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 30th June 2017 at Decimal Place, Chiltern Avenue, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP6 5FG.
