Ethernity Networks (AIM: ENET), a leading supplier of data processing technology on FPGA for high-end Carrier Ethernet applications, is pleased to announce its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018, and notice of annual general meeting, has been posted to shareholders. Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 are available on the Company's website at www.ethernitynet.com.
The Company's annual general meeting will be held at the offices of Howard Kennedy LLP, at No.1 London Bridge, London, SE1 9BG at 10.00 a.m. UK time (12.00 p.m. Israel time) on 13 August 2019.
