Directors' dealings Empresaria was notified onΒ 8thΒ DecemberΒ 2009 that Miles Hunt, Chief Executive, has transferred 180,000Β ordinaryΒ shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares")Β to European Pensions Management Limited in respect of Mr Hunt's Self Invested Pension Plan at a price ofΒ 39.875Β pence per share. However, Mr Hunt's beneficial holding in the Group remains unchanged atΒ 3,963,092 shares (representing 8.89 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company).Β
