Director Dealings - Award of Share Options
EMIS Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 24 June 2019 two awards of options totalling 132,450 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company were made to Andy Thorburn (Chief Executive Officer) and two awards of options totalling 49,342 ordinary shares of one pence each in the Company were made to Peter Southby (Chief Financial Officer) under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("Options"). The Options granted are nil-cost, the first tranche is exercisable from 24 June 2023 and the second tranche is exercisable from 24 June 2024. Both awards are subject to performance conditions.
Following the grant of these Options Andy Thorburn holds a total of 346,182 Options and Peter Southby holds a total of 138,377 Options over ordinary shares in the Company.
