Admission
European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX & AIM: EMH, FSE: E861.F) ("European Metals" or the "Company")Ā announces that application for admission to AIM and ASX has now been made in respect of 400,000 new ordinary shares represented by depository interests ("DI Shares") issued in relation to an exercise of warrants and options (as announced on 22 December 2020).
Admission is now expected to occur on or around 31 December, 2020. The new DI Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in European Metals.
