European Motor Hldgs PLC27 October 2005 EUROPEAN MOTOR HOLDINGS plc (the "Company") DIRECTORS' SHARE TRANSACTIONS The Company has been informed of the following transactions in the Company'sordinary shares of 40 pence by directors on 27 October 2005: • Richard Palmer purchased 4,500 shares at a price of 272 pence each and purchased 7,600 shares at a price of 267 pence each • Ann Wilson purchased 3,500 shares at a price of 272 pence each and purchased 4,800 shares at a price of 267 pence each As a result of the above transactions, those directors' shareholdings are now: • Richard Palmer 581,550 shares (1.07% of the total issued share capital) • Ann Wilson 433,206 shares (0.80% of the total issued share capital).
