("Everyman", the "Company" or the "Group")
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 25 September 2019, that Michael Rosehill, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased from his son (a person closely associated ("PCA")) a total of 30,860 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 184 pence per Ordinary Share. The transaction occurred on 25 September 2019.
Following the above transaction, Mr Rosehill and his PCAs' interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 198,710 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.27 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
