El Oro and Exploration Company plc
Result of AGM
El Oro and Exploration Company plc (the "Company") announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all of the resolutions were duly passed.
The Chairman advised the meeting that the Company's shareholding in Sunshine Gas had benefited from the subsequent takeover by BG Group plc realising cash for the portfolio.
Annual Report and Accounts
The Company announces that the annual report of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2008 has been posted to shareholders. The annual report is also available on the Company's website - www.eloro.co.uk
