Electra Private Equity PLC ("The Company")
An announcement released by the Company at 15.53 on 3 August 2016, under RNS 1791G, incorrectly disclosed that Ian Brindle, a Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 298 ordinary 25p shares. The correct number of shares acquired by Ian Brindle was in fact 398 ordinary 25p shares, as disclosed below in the following corrective announcement. All other information disclosed in the original announcement remains unchanged.
