Following the appointments of Paul Goodson and David Lis to the board of Electra Private Equity PLC ("the Company") on 26 May 2016, the Company now discloses the information concerning Messrs Goodson and Lis which is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules.
