The specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service for the distribution subsidiaries of Electrica Group and the regulated electricity tariffs applied by Electrica Group's supplier of last resort to the final customers

Societatea Energetica Electrica SA informs that, following the approval of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 1/2020 by which the contribution to ANRE is reduced from 2% to 0.2% of turnover, the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service applicable starting with 16 January 2020 for Electrica Group's distribution subsidiaries are modified by: 

·; ANRE Order no. 7/15.01.2020 for the amendment of ANRE Order no. 227/2019 regarding the approval of the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrice Muntenia Nord S.A, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 28 / 16.01.2020;

·; ANRE Order no. 8/15.01.2020 for the amendment of ANRE Order no. 228/16.12.2019 regarding the approval of the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrice Transilvania Nord S.A., published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 28 / 16.01.2020;

·; ANRE Order no. 9/15.01.2020 for the amendment of ANRE Order no. 229/16.12.2019 regarding the approval of the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrice Transilvania Sud S.A., published in the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 28 / 16.01.2020;

According to the ANRE Orders, the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service for the three concessionaire distribution operators of Electrica Group applicable starting with 16 January 2020, compared to those applicable starting with 1 January 2020, are the following:

The regulated electricity tariffs applied by Electrica Group's supplier of last resort, Electrica Furnizare S.A., to the final customers recorded no changes, remaining at the level approved through ANRE Order no. 241/2019, as follows:
