Following the announcement of February 26th 2016, today, March 11th 2016 the Board of Directors of Electrica SA has revoked Mr. Ioan Rosca for the position of CEO of Electrica SA, starting immediately. The Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Iuliana Andronache, currently CFO of Electrica SA, as acting interim CEO of Electrica SA with immediate effect until the moment the new CEO will be appointed and will take over the position.
