The publication of the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority (Romanian ANRE, Autoritatea Nationala de Reglementare in Domeniul Energiei) orders related to the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service, applicable in 2020 for the distribution subsidiaries of Electrica Group

Societatea Energetica Electrica SA hereby informs the following:

·; In the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 1016/17.12.2019 was published the ANRE Order no. 227/16.12.2019 related to the approval of the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for Societatea de Distribuţie a Energiei Electrice Muntenia Nord S.A., applicable in 2020;

·; In the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 1016/17.12.2019 was published the ANRE Order no. 228/16.12.2019 related to the approval of the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for Societatea de Distribuţie a Energiei Electrice Transilvania Nord S.A., applicable in 2020;

·; In the Official Gazette of Romania, part I, no. 1015/17.12.2019 was published the ANRE Order no. 229/16.12.2019 related to the approval of the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for Societatea de Distributie a Energiei Electrice Transilvania Sud S.A., applicable in 2020.

According to the ANRE orders, the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service for the three concessionaire distribution operators of Electrica Group, applicable starting with 1 January 2020, compared to the ones applicable starting with 1 July 2019, are the following:

The electricity tariff charged for invoicing is calculated by adding the specific tariffs for the electricity distribution service depending on the voltage in the point for delimitation of electric installations belonging to the concessionaire distribution operator from those belonging to the end consumer, as established under the electricity distribution agreement.

The income achieved from distributing electricity by distribution operators with Electrica Group in 2020 will rely on the electricity distribution tariffs.

The ANRE Orders related to the approval of the specific tariffs for electricity distribution service and of the price for reactive electricity for 2020 for the distribution subsidiaries of Electrica Group are available, in electronic format, on the Company's website at https://www.electrica.ro/en/investors/results-and-reports/current-reports/.
