Issue of Shares and Total Voting Rights

In accordance with PRM 1.6.4R, Elementis plc (the "Company") announces that it has issued and allotted 3,275,275 million ordinary shares of 5p each in connection with the Company's LTIP 2018 Scheme. The shares were allotted on 7 April 2026.

These shares were previously admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange under an existing block admission to trading in May 2025, together with an additional block admission to trading notified on 30 March 2026.

In accordance with the provisions of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that it has an issued and voting share capital of 572,611,396 ordinary shares of 5p each as at 30 April 2026. The Company holds 47,532 ordinary shares as treasury shares.

The above figure of 572,611,396 may be used by shareholders as the denominator when calculating their interests in the Company for the purpose of determining whether they are required to notify their interest under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
