Correction - Total Voting Rights & Capital

Correction made to Elementis plc's issued share capital disclosed in the RNS announcement released on 29 June 2026 at 18:11 (RNS Number: 2518K): The original announcement included an erroneous reference to 571,188,379 ordinary shares in issue, and 570,975,962 total voting rights. The corrected information is set out below:

In accordance with the provisions of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that as of 30 June 2026, and following settlement of shares purchased and cancelled during the period 22 June to 26 June 2026, Elementis plc's issued share capital is 570,998,879 ordinary shares. The Company holds 212,417 ordinary shares in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 570,786,462.

The above figure of 570,786,462 may be used by shareholders as the denominator when calculating their interests in the Company for the purpose of determining whether they are required to notify their interest under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
